Handmade pottery, jewellery & crystals

You always seem to be ‘SOLD OUT’?!

Yes I’m sorry!!

If only I could clone myself a few times I would be able to produce more & keep up with demand… but it’s just me!

Every item is made with my own two hands, from preparing and weighing clay, throwing, trimming, attaching handles / decorating, bisque firing, glazing, glaze firing, lustre application, lustre firing, attaching crystals, photographing each piece, updating the website - even packing them in boxes ready to ship to their new homes!

My kiln only holds a certain amount of wares, so I do my pottery in batches to streamline the workflow (and so I know where I’m up to with such a big process!!)

I update my online store every 6-8 weeks. Please check my Instagram & Facebook pages for the next release.

Pottery is a slow process & a labour of love, every item has it’s own unique finish and energy due to being handmade - and that’s what makes it so special 🌙

Custom Orders

At this stage I am not doing any custom orders due to my current work load.

Do you offer private pottery / art workshops or Sister Circles?

Yes we do! The studio comfortably caters for 12 participants in a workshop and 13 for a circle, you just need a minimum of 6 people for the date to be locked in.

A private password protected page is set up on our website for your guests to easily book, and if you have 9+ people you get your spot for free! (perks of being the event coordinator).

We have held private events for hens parties, birthday celebrations & business team bonding days. You can select from any of our past workshops such as pottery, acrylic painting, watercolour & floral arranging. Please email to enquire as dates are limited each month.

What if I need to change the date of my workshop or circle booking?

I understand that life happens & things can change! If you need to reschedule your workshop or circle booking please contact me via email no later than 7 days prior.

To reschedule an entire private event we need at least 14 days notice - as that date has been exclusively reserved for you.

If you are unwell please contact Shannon no later than 24 hours prior to the workshop, your spot will be put online to try to rebook, but if unsuccessful you will forfeit 50% of the fee (with the remainder available as a credit towards any future workshop).

If the spot is booked by someone else you will have a full credit to rebook a workshop for another time. Credits must be used within 12 months.

Cancellation on the day of the event or failing to show up forfeits 100% of your booking fee.

Studio Hours

We are located at 50 Bakali Road, Tumbi Umbi on the scenic Central Coast (right near Forresters Beach Retirement Village)

The studio is open by appointment only most days, I have a family who also keep me busy so I don't have set studio hours.

Please feel free to email or DM via Instagram to set up a time to come & see everything.

I have a selection of pottery, books, oracle cards, candles & crystal items on display - from tiny tumble stones through to larger statement pieces.

If you are searching for a gift I am happy to help you put together the perfect bundle of goodies, and pretty gift wrapping is included 🌙

Shipping

I ship within Australia using Australia Parcel Post (shipping Australia wide usually costs between $16.95 - $23.95 depending on weight of order). All items are wrapped & packed with care like a newborn baby to ensure their safe delivery!

If you are sending items as a gift please let me know, I can add a card with a special message for you!

International customers please email me in regards to shipping costs, I can quote on any items you may be interested in! You can ‘check out’ via the website & select ‘pick up from studio’ - I will then send a seperate Paypal invoice for international shipping through Australia Post. To give you an idea of cost, to send a mug or cauldron to the UK or US its typically around $50 AUS

Refunds and Exchanges

If any damage / breakage occur during shipping please get in touch ASAP! I require a photograph of the broken item together with the box it arrived in with the shipping label showing. Send it through to my email within 3 days of delivery, I am happy to offer a replacement item (in the next batch if it has sold out), exchange for another similar item with the same price, or a studio credit. Sorry no refunds.

I do my best to photograph & describe each item, however if you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and shipping the item back to me for a refund will be at your own cost. The item must be carefully packed to avoid breakage.

Why the price difference with some pieces?

Prices are set according to how labour intensive the item is to create, and the products I use to create it with.

My gold, platinum & Mother of pearl lustre mugs for example are more expensive than my ‘plain’ glazed mugs as there is an additional firing involved - also the lustres cost a fortune for me to buy - but gosh they look pretty! Also my crystal mugs are more expensive depending on the stone used and the additional time to attach it with resin.

Is pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes! Absolutely microwave & dishwasher safe! The glazes I use are all food safe / lead free too 🌙

The only exceptions that need to be hand washed are my crystal embellished mugs - they need a little TLC to protect the crystal from damage (and from the stone setting coming loose)... also I don't think microwaves would like them very much either? Please don't try eek!

Also lustre mugs (gold / platinum / mother of pearl) are NOT microwave safe. You could whack them in the dishwasher, but I would advise a soft sponge hand wash to keep them looking sparkly! The lustre probably would wear off over time from the dishwasher / cleaning chemicals.

Stockists

At this time I have decided not to supply to stockists. To do so would mean doubling the price on my wares to sell to my customers (as wholesale is generally 40% off, and I can't sell my items cheaper than my stockists - that would not be ethical). So for now I am keeping my wares at a price I feel is fair for the love, time & energy spent on creating each piece & selling direct to my customers through my website & our new studio shop space.

Disclaimer for crystal embellished mugs

Great care and attention to detail goes into each and every item I create, but on the very rare occasion a crystal may come loose from it’s resin setting. If this happens a good quality super glue should be used to reattach & it will be as good as new!
